Cancellation Policy
• Customers may cancel a booked diagnostic test or health package before the scheduled sample collection appointment.
• Cancellation requests must be made through phone, WhatsApp, email, or our website contact channels.
• Once the sample collection process has started or the sample has been collected, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
• Thyrocare Salem reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.
Refund Policy
• Eligible cancellations made before sample collection may qualify for a refund.
• Refund requests will be reviewed and verified before approval.
• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
• Refund processing may take approximately 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
• The sample has already been collected.
• The laboratory testing process has already begun.
• Test reports have been generated and delivered.
• Incorrect patient information was provided during booking.
• Failure of the patient to be available at the scheduled collection time without prior notice.
Rescheduling of Appointments
Customers may request to reschedule sample collection appointments subject to slot availability. Requests should be made as early as possible to avoid inconvenience.
Service Issues & Support
If you experience any issues regarding sample collection, report delivery, billing, or service quality, please contact us immediately. We will review the matter and take appropriate action to resolve the issue promptly.
